These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of hosting, domain, and marketing automation services (“Services”) provided by Web Design Forge (“WDF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any of our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Web Design Forge provides web hosting, domain management, and marketing automation tools that integrate with third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel (“GHL”). Some of these tools may be provisioned via GHL sub-accounts or other third-party integrations.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing access to a managed account and service bundle operated by Web Design Forge.

Web Design Forge is not GoHighLevel and has no affiliation, ownership, or employment relationship with GoHighLevel or its affiliates.

Web Design Forge is solely responsible for provisioning, supporting, and managing your account.

2. Relationship to GoHighLevel

Web Design Forge provides access to certain GHL tools under our agency license.

You are not purchasing direct access to GoHighLevel, and you must not contact GoHighLevel for support, billing, or account management.

Web Design Forge assumes full responsibility for your service, technical support, and any disputes.

You acknowledge that GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service apply to the use of any GHL-powered components within your account. Continued use constitutes your agreement to comply with both WDF and GHL policies.

3. Hosting & Domain Management

All hosting and domain services are managed through Web Design Forge’s hosting environment.

Clients may request DNS access, custom records, or domain transfers subject to standard verification.

Hosting plans include professional email accounts for general business communication; bulk or unsolicited email campaigns (“cold emailing”) are prohibited.

Misuse of server resources (including spamming, abuse, or security violations) may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Service Packages and Payments

Pricing, features, and plan details are listed on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

All payments are processed via our secure merchant gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).

By subscribing, you authorize Web Design Forge to charge your payment method automatically for recurring services until canceled.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Use all WDF and GHL-powered tools in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms.

Maintain accurate contact and billing information.

Keep login credentials secure and confidential.

Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the Services to third parties without written consent from Web Design Forge.

6. Support & Service Limitations

Web Design Forge provides technical support for all hosted, domain, and platform integration services.

GoHighLevel support is not included. We may provide best-effort assistance with GHL-related setup, but in-depth GHL troubleshooting is the client’s responsibility.

Service tickets are handled 24/7 via our support portal.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime but maintain industry-standard reliability through our hosting partners.

7. Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the Service with 7 days’ written notice.

Web Design Forge may suspend or terminate Service immediately if:
a) payment is overdue;
b) you violate these Terms; or
c) your actions risk damaging our systems or reputation.

If GoHighLevel revokes or restricts our reseller rights, we may suspend affected sub-accounts with notice and assist you in migrating your data.

8. Intellectual Property

Web Design Forge retains ownership of all proprietary systems, integrations, and templates used to deliver the Services.

You retain ownership of your own creative assets, business data, and domain names.

Any GoHighLevel assets, automations, or templates remain subject to GoHighLevel’s licensing and terms.

9. Liability & Indemnification

Web Design Forge is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Design Forge, its officers, and affiliates from any claims related to your use of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Web Design Forge is an independent digital service provider.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by GoHighLevel or its parent companies.
All GoHighLevel trademarks, names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Modifications to Terms
